At **Water Partners**, we seek talent with strategic vision for the **Planner** position. **What are we looking for in you?** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience leading project and production planning specifically in the industrial or manufacturing sector. * Solid knowledge of project and production planning (Project Management Diploma preferred). * Intermediate proficiency in MS Project and MS Office. * Familiarity with project management tools and, preferably, hydraulic or electrical systems. **Your key responsibilities** * Design detailed schedules, resource allocation plans, and budgets for projects, maintenance, and operations. * Estimate material and personnel requirements by analyzing technical feasibility at each phase. * Coordinate with Logistics and Procurement departments to ensure continuous material flow in production. * Report milestone progress, proactively identifying any deviations in cost, time, or quality. * Validate that final products meet technical specifications and customer requirements. * Timely alerting of potential risks and managing supplier follow-up on critical paths. **What do we offer?** * 100% covered EPS (for the primary insured) * All statutory benefits. * A pleasant, inclusive, and respectful work environment. * Location: Cercado de Lima | On-site modality Salary: S/.3,500.00 - S/.4,500.00 per month Application question(s): * Please indicate your salary expectation.
