A Peruvian microenterprise specializing in air conditioning and electrical engineering is seeking one (01) qualified and trained Industrial Electrician. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Electrical Equipment Installation: Assemble and wire machines, control panels, electrical switchboards, distribution transformers, and other electrical equipment, following technical drawings and specifications. \- Maintenance and Repair: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical switchboards and SPAT systems. \- Maintenance and Repair: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment, identifying and resolving faults to ensure optimal machinery operation. \- Fault Diagnosis: Use electrical diagnostic and measurement tools (e.g., multimeters) to locate electrical and control system issues. \- Electrical Schematic Interpretation: Read and understand electrical diagrams and schematics to facilitate equipment installation, maintenance, and repair. \- Controller Programming: Configure and program programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other industrial automation devices. \- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all installations and repairs comply with local, national, and international electrical safety standards. \- Equipment Testing: Conduct functional and performance tests on machinery and electrical systems to guarantee proper operation. \- Recordkeeping and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, as well as documentation of installations and modifications made to electrical systems. \- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work jointly with engineers, operators, and other technicians to address complex problems involving both electrical and mechanical systems. \- Training and Advisory Support: Provide training and advisory support to other staff regarding electrical equipment operation and best safety practices. \- Technological Updating: Stay current with the latest technologies in electrical systems and automation by participating in training courses and continuous professional development programs. **Requirements:** \- Certified technician in Industrial Electricity (e.g., SENATI, TECSUP, or equivalent) \- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in similar positions \- : Teamwork, assertive communication, adaptability, and commitment. \- Driver’s License: Desirable \- Work Equipment: Smartphone with WhatsApp is MANDATORY. \- Availability to work on Sundays and/or holidays with additional compensation beyond regular salary (only on specific dates, not routinely) \- Proficiency in using measurement instruments (e.g., megohmmeter, multimeter, clamp meter, earth resistance tester, etc.) \- Ability to interpret measurements taken (i.e., compare them against current regulatory standards based on the parameters measured). **Benefits:** Work Schedule: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM; Sat 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Formal employment under REMYPE regime Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 – S/.2,200.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you possess a graduation certificate, bachelor’s degree, or professional title?
