




Job Summary: Support the control, recording, and processing of documents, invoices, income, and expenses, providing administrative and treasury support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in controlling and recording income and expenses. 2. Document, invoice, and treasury management. 3. Coordination of internal requirements and preparation of reports. * Review records and process invoices. * Specific procedures for document delivery and general document digitization. * Support the control and recording of income and expenses generated by the office. Provide administrative support for treasury operations. * Draft, file, maintain up-to-date, and review documents such as receipts, reports, databases, and other administrative documents. * Address and coordinate internal customer requirements related to payments and administrative matters. * Support the preparation and follow-up of departmental reports. * Obtain and record bank transactions to keep bank statements, expense records, income records, and expenditure records updated. * Coordinate and prepare documents for financing requests.
