We are currently looking for 02 Typists for Barton Hospital. REQUIREMENTS: Technical graduate or completed studies in Computing, Administration, or related fields. Minimum of (6) months of experience in the position. Experience in the healthcare sector, Diagnostic Imaging service (desirable). Temporary contract for 3 months (renewable according to service needs). Availability to work rotating shifts. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage scheduling and rescheduling of patients in the service. Keep office supplies up to date and organized, including radiographic plates, ensuring their proper preservation. Provide administrative support through the registration and data entry of documents, including medical reports and certificates, submitting them afterward to the responsible person for appropriate signature. Collect, classify, register, process, and archive documents related to department activities with strict confidentiality and discretion under responsibility. Process documentation related to the department and maintain the corresponding records. Other duties assigned by immediate supervisors.
