**Activities** **Supervise the daily construction activities.** **Control the use of materials and equipment at the site.** **Coordinate with foremen, workers, and suppliers.** **Perform welding, cutting, and fitting tasks.** **Perform finishing work.** **REQUIREMENTS** **A minimum of twenty (20) academic hours in training courses, and diplomas and/or specialization courses of no less than 90 academic hours: in Welding and/or Welding Processes and/or Mechanical Carpentry** **Note: This will be verified at the time of signing the service order, with a simple copy of the certification and/or required certificate.** Academic Background Professional Technical Title in Civil Construction and/or Buildings and/or Technical in Civil Construction Project Management and/or Technical in Civil Works and/or Buildings and/or Technical in Civil Construction. Note: This will be verified at the time of signing the service order, with a simple copy of the academic degree and/or required certificate. Experience Must certify a minimum of TWO (02) years of experience in performing, repairing, and installing metal structures and/or metal objects, carrying out and monitoring construction process activities, services related to Construction and/or Remodeling and/or Improvement and/or Conditioning and/or Expansion and/or Rehabilitation of infrastructure for public and/or private facilities such as warehouses, schools, educational institutions, health centers, police facilities, shopping centers, commercial offices, or multifamily buildings, roads and sidewalks, and/or similar services to the purpose of this call, calculated up to the proposal submission date, starting from the date of obtaining the Professional Technical Title. Note: Personnel experience will be verified at the time of signing the service order, with any of the following documents: (i) a simple copy of contracts and their respective acceptance documents, or (ii) certifications or (iii) certificates that clearly demonstrate the proposed personnel's experience. Experience will be calculated from the issuance date of the academic degree and/or certificate required in the preceding paragraphs.
