




Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Assistant to support the implementation and maintenance of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, conduct monitoring activities, and manage documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in implementation and maintenance of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System 2. Monitoring of work practices and compliance with IPERC 3. Management of forms, records, and mandatory training At MP Outsourcing Logístico, we are searching for top talent for the position of Occupational Health and Safety Assistant (OHS). - Location: Callao (a few blocks from Faucett Outlet). - Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. - Salary: S/1,500 to S/1,800 (based on evaluation) - Payroll: MYPE (Small Business) - Career development opportunity. Requirements: - Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. - Minimum 1 year of experience in this field or in similar positions. - Knowledge and application of Law No. 29783 and its regulations (mandatory). - Familiarity with OHS management systems, documentation, and field activities. - Main Responsibilities: Provide support in implementing and maintaining the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Deliver 5-minute safety talks and awareness activities. Monitor work practices and verify compliance with IPERC. Manage forms, records, mandatory training, and OHS indicators. Prepare periodic OHS reports and summaries. Support audits, standardization processes, and inspections. Participate in updating and maintaining the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, as well as in standardization and audit processes that arise. Conduct periodic visits to various operations according to a schedule. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 – S/.1,800.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
