We are currently seeking an **Equipment Testing Specialist Executive** **Academic Qualifications:** * Graduate in Naval Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Maritime Sciences Engineering, or related fields. * Specialization program or diploma relevant to the position. **Experience:** * General: Eight (08\) years. Experience in state-owned enterprises or public institutions is desirable. * Specific: Four (04\) years in positions with similar characteristics and responsibilities. **Essential Knowledge:** * Command and General Staff Course. * Naval Construction and Repair. * Surface Warfare Qualification Course (PA\- 01\). * Advanced Defense Management Program. * Knowledge of integrated management systems. * Knowledge of performance indicator management. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Intermediate office software proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet). **IMPORTANT:** On-site work located in **Callao.** Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: On-site employment
