Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction site personnel. Ensure that all work complies with architectural drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. Verify the proper and efficient use of materials, tools, and equipment. Coordinate progress updates, requirements, and reports with the site supervisor or construction engineer. Monitor project timelines and submit daily or weekly progress reports. Manage the receipt, storage, and optimal utilization of materials on site. Resolve technical and logistical issues arising during construction execution. Supervise finishing works, final cleaning, and handover of the completed project. Perform construction tasks: excavation, foundation work, formwork, concrete pouring, steel reinforcement, installation of metal structures, masonry, footings, plastering, and grounding system (GS). Strictly comply with safety regulations, wear mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE), complete safety documentation, and maintain order and cleanliness at the worksite. Requirements: Completed secondary education (minimum requirement). Minimum of 5 years’ experience in civil construction projects: foundations, formwork, concrete, metal structures, and related work. Experience working at heights is desirable. Willingness to work on-site across various areas of Lima, including rotating shifts. No criminal or police records.
