**Construction Foreman – Civil Construction** A leading company in the sector is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman with expertise in personnel supervision, material control, schedule adherence, and daily/weekly reporting. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate on-site personnel in their daily activities. Ensure that all work complies with drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. Verify the proper and efficient use of materials, tools, and equipment. Coordinate progress updates, requirements, and reports with the site resident or construction engineer. Monitor execution timelines and submit daily or weekly progress reports. Manage the receipt, storage, and optimal utilization of materials on site. Resolve technical and logistical issues arising during construction execution. Supervise finishing works, final cleaning, and project handover. Perform construction tasks: excavation, foundation work, formwork, concrete pouring, steel reinforcement, installation of metal structures, masonry, footings, plastering, and grounding system (GS). Strictly comply with safety regulations, wear mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE), complete safety forms, and maintain order and cleanliness at the worksite. Requirements: Completed secondary education (minimum requirement). Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil construction projects: foundations, formwork, concrete, metal structures, and related works. Experience working at heights is desirable. Availability for fieldwork across various districts of Lima and rotating shifts. No criminal or police records.
