**RTV San Cristóbal** is looking for a Mechanical Assistant to support the vehicle technical inspection process at the Gambeta Plant - Callao, to perform the following: **Functions:** * Assist in each step of the vehicle technical inspection process. * Verify results in the MTC system. * Prepare necessary tools and materials for assigned tasks. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Record activities performed on serviced vehicles. * Perform other duties assigned by the supervising engineer or Plant Administrator. **Requirements:** * Technical studies in Automotive Mechanics (in progress or completed). * Basic knowledge of engine systems, brakes, automotive electrical systems, and transmissions. * Minimum of 6 months of experience (desirable). * Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. * Punctuality, responsibility, and proactive attitude. **Benefits:** * Ongoing training and learning opportunities. * Supervision by a specialized engineer for the assistant's development. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. **Working conditions:** * Full-time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Flexible hours for special jobs or rotating shifts, as required by the Plant. * Three months on a Service Invoice basis, then Mype payroll (subject to evaluation).
