Position Operations and Business Transformation Manager Job Objective Lead the professionalization, organization, and digital transformation of the company by implementing processes, management indicators, technological tools, and strategies that enable sustainable business scaling, reducing operational dependency on partners and strengthening the organizational structure. Main Responsibilities • Oversee administrative, commercial, logistics, and support operations. • Design and implement the company’s organizational structure. • Implement management indicators (KPIs) across all departments. • Lead ERP implementation (Odoo, SAP Business One, or other solution). • Lead commercial CRM implementation. • Supervise development of the corporate website and e-commerce platform. • Optimize procurement, inventory, logistics, and customer service processes. • Develop commercial growth plans for the private sector. • Develop internal policies, procedures, and manuals. • Implement automation and digital transformation tools. • Coordinate with technology manufacturers and wholesalers. • Prepare managerial reports for senior leadership. • Manage continuous improvement and operational efficiency projects. • Lead recruitment and human talent development processes.
