Analyze metrics to propose continuous improvements. **Objective:** Manage and execute organizational development processes and initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and support the company’s strategic objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Manage implementation and follow-up of corporate and operational onboarding processes, ensuring an experience aligned with organizational culture and standards. * Coordinate organizational development initiatives and programs aimed at enhancing employee experience and organizational commitment. * Provide advisory and support services to leaders and internal clients on performance, workplace climate, onboarding, and organizational development processes. * Coordinate operational relationships with vendors and strategic partners linked to departmental programs and projects. * Coordinate execution of the performance evaluation process, ensuring adherence to timelines, guidelines, and deliverables. * Administer workplace climate surveys, tracking implementation of action plans. * Prepare reports, metrics, and executive presentations related to organizational development processes. * Analyze onboarding, performance, climate, turnover, and employee experience metrics, proposing improvement actions. * Coordinate the professional internship program, ensuring appropriate participant experience and follow-up. * Collaborate with leaders and client departments to implement organizational development initiatives and processes. * Promote coordination forums and collaborative workspaces to ensure proper execution of departmental projects and activities. * Propose improvements to tools, methodologies, and organizational development processes, promoting efficiency and digitalization of management. * Participate in implementing automation initiatives, data analytics, and employee experience enhancement initiatives. * Adapt work methodologies and tools according to organizational needs and corporate guidelines. * Promote use of digital tools to optimize management and tracking of departmental processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; specialization or diploma in Human Resources or related areas. * At least one and a half years of experience as an Organizational Development Analyst. **Knowledge:** * Performance management. * Workplace climate and employee experience. * Onboarding and organizational culture management. * Metrics management and people analytics. * Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools. * People management platforms.
