Real-world experience in a company with robust management and control processes **Join Us as a Professional Occupational Safety and Health Intern!** **Water Partners**, a growing industrial company, opens its doors to new talent eager to learn, contribute, and strengthen their professional profile within a dynamic and safe environment. **What We Are Looking For:** * Graduates of Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety and Hygiene Engineering, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office. * Prior experience of 3 months in similar roles. * Achievement-oriented individuals with assertive communication skills, attention to detail, and strong collaborative abilities. **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** * Supporting hazard identification and risk assessment (IPERC) as well as safety inspections. * Assisting in the preparation, updating, and digitization of the OSH Management System documentation. * Supporting the control, distribution, and follow-up of personal protective equipment (PPE) usage. * Collaborating in incident and occupational accident investigations by collecting relevant records. * Updating accident and training databases and related performance indicators. * Supporting the delivery of safety talks and staff awareness activities. * Monitoring and documenting safety observations in coordination with all departments. **We Offer:** * Professional internship arrangement compliant with applicable law. * Paid internships. * Direct mentoring and hands-on learning with the Safety Engineer and Internal Control team. * Collaborative and multidisciplinary work environment. * Real-world experience in a company with robust management and control processes. **Work Arrangement:** * **Schedule:** Full-time (in accordance with the professional internship agreement). * **Culture:** A pleasant work environment that promotes safety, order, and quality in every process. **Your professional growth starts here.
