Job Summary: We are seeking a professional and proactive Quality Assistant to ensure compliance with standards, coordinate error resolution, and evaluate product quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure product and process quality at ZGROUP. 2. Collaborate on structural analysis and resolve technical issues. 3. Evaluate and approve finished products. Requirements: * Technical or university graduate (Bachelor's degree) in: Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. * Intermediate proficiency in structural software. * Preferred: Certificate program in structures. * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Quality certification. * Other Skills: Proactivity, autonomy, and entrepreneurial mindset within work. What challenges will I face? * Knowledge of quantity surveying, and experience with certified metal joints and welding. * Monitor, manage, and coordinate compliance with company-established quality standards and specifications, based on local and international regulations. * Review, analyze, communicate, and develop the action plan to resolve errors detected during inspection in the production area. * Track reported defects and follow up with responsible departments to implement corrective actions with suppliers or in the production process. * Provide final approval or rejection of finished products based on quality evaluation. * Conduct structural analysis and assess product strength and stability during final assembly and/or at the end of the production line. * Evaluate, analyze, and apply structural design procedures and criteria to assigned projects under direct supervisor oversight. * Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and other construction professionals. * Supervise construction activities and ensure adherence to designs and specifications. * Resolve structural problems and propose innovative solutions.
