




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in end-to-end automation design and implementation, and AI agent development to optimize operations and customer service. We are looking for a candidate with solid experience in end\-to\-end automation design and implementation, and in developing artificial intelligence agents applied to real-world operations. **Responsibilities** * Analyze, map, and automate end-to-end operational and customer service processes. * Develop and implement automated workflows using n8n, integrating platforms such as CRM, WhatsApp, forms, and databases via REST APIs and webhooks. * Design and implement outcome-oriented, measurable conversational AI agents. * Ensure traceability, monitoring, and continuous improvement of implemented solutions. * Identify opportunities for process optimization and scalability within the business. **Requirements** * Proven experience in process automation and workflow orchestration in production environments. * Proficiency in Claude Code, n8n, Make, and Kommo CRM. * Knowledge of Python. * Experience implementing AI agents integrated with WhatsApp. * Advanced knowledge of REST API integration and system architecture. * Ability to design robust, scalable, and well-documented solutions. * Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset. * Rigor in testing, debugging, and continuous iteration. **Ideal Candidate** An analytical and structured professional, oriented toward efficiency and systemic thinking.
