**Engineering and Projects Analyst** Marco Peruana, a service provider company for the mining, hydraulic, and industrial sectors, is looking for the best professionals for the position of Engineering and Projects Analyst at our Callao site. **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Design and develop mechanical and hydraulic blueprints, as well as manage projects. **PROFILE** * Bachelor's degree or licensed Engineer in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate diploma in machinery and equipment design (not mandatory). * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge in hydraulics, electricity, and structural calculations. * Proficiency in Solidworks, AutoCad (certification required). **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Gather all necessary information to define requirements through site visits and/or technical meetings with clients or end users. * Design electromechanical equipment based on client or user requirements. * Develop mechanical and hydraulic blueprints according to national and/or international standards. * Permanently update blueprints with the latest revisions. * Prepare quality manuals and documentation dossiers. * Develop management procedures related to the area. * Supervise testing of manufactured equipment to ensure compliance with established protocols. * Support the project and engineering management team in the comprehensive execution of assigned projects. * Ensure and document on-site project progress in accordance with the project execution schedule. * Ensure and document on-site project progress in accordance with the project execution schedule. * Safety and health: a) Properly use work tools, materials, personal protective equipment, and biosafety devices. b) Comply with regulations, rules, and instructions from safety, health, and environmental programs applicable at the workplace, as well as follow supervisor instructions. c) Participate in training programs, drills, and other activities organized by the Company aimed at preventing occupational risks. e) Do not operate or handle equipment, machinery, tools, or other elements without proper authorization and training. f) Undergo mandatory medical examinations as required by law. g) Immediately report any workplace incident or accident to the safety department. h) Inform the employer of any event or condition that may endanger personal safety, health, or physical facilities; taking immediate corrective actions when possible. i) Cooperate and participate in the investigation process of workplace accidents and occupational diseases when requested by the safety department or whenever personal knowledge may help clarify their causes. j) Prevent pollution through proper segregation of solid waste. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Payroll registration from the first day of employment. * 100% company-covered personal accident insurance. * Gym membership agreement (SMART FIT), educational agreements (ICPNA, Cibertec, UPC, UPN). * Additional paid leave days.
