Position Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Manager to oversee Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management, ensuring compliance with programs and regulations at client facilities. Participates in internal audits and safety meetings. Job Description: We are a service-oriented company primarily providing energy and climate control solutions. Currently, we are seeking an SSOMA MANAGER to manage Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management at one of our key clients’ facilities, and to implement and enforce all aspects related to safety programs, the integrated management system, and applicable organizational regulations and standards. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health Engineering, or related fields; registered and licensed with the corresponding professional association. Minimum of 3 years’ verifiable experience as an SSOMA Manager. Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management Systems according to ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 9001:2015 standards. **Responsibilities:** CSST meeting. Recording of 5-minute safety talks program. Creation and updating of IPERC and PETS. Monthly personnel authorization (4 days prior to each month). Review and approval of daily documentation before work begins. Field Supervision: SSOMA must supervise fieldwork during working hours, verifying that work teams use proper signage per NTP 399\.010\-1; NTP 399\.012 and PDTS. Additionally, SSOMA must ensure the work area is left in optimal condition upon completion and issue a FACILITY EXIT LETTER. Prepare monthly Safety Management Report. Participate in internal audits conducted by our client. Attend Safety Meetings. Maintain up-to-date information related to the management system as required by the client.
