Hidroquimica is seeking a qualified Chemical Engineer and/or Environmental Engineer with a minimum of 1 year of experience in mining, oil, and WATER TREATMENT (mandatory), to perform the following responsibilities. **Applicants who do not meet the requirements are kindly requested to refrain from applying.** **PROFILE:** * Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Treatment Technician, and/or specialization in Water Treatment or related fields. * Specialized courses in water treatment, boilers, chillers, and evaporative condensers. * Minimum 6 months of experience. * Knowledge of: OSMOSIS, COOLING TOWERS, BOILERS **RESPONSIBILITIES:** a) Schedule technical advisory services and after-sales support for assigned clients. b) Prepare the annual work plan. c) Identify needs of current and potential clients within the assigned sector. d) Plan and conduct scheduled or manager-requested after-sales visits to assigned clients, as directed by the Sales Manager and/or Operations Manager. e) Submit detailed and justified budgetary requirements. f) Ensure proper maintenance of assigned after-sales service equipment; report any damage within two business days to the Sales Manager. g) Prepare weekly activity reports and submit them to the Sales Manager and Operations Manager. h) Prepare quotations for current and potential clients. i) Submit after-sales service expense settlements for assigned clients, coordinated with the Administration, Finance, and Logistics Management. j) Present technical reports, alternatives, and/or solution strategies to the Sales Manager and Operations Manager. k) Inform the Sales Manager and/or Operations Manager of any client complaints, issues, inquiries, requests, improvement opportunities, or identification of feasible projects from current and potential clients. l) Submit technical reports to the Sales Manager and Operations Manager following equipment inspections at plants. m) Obligation to sign and acknowledge receipt of all documents provided by the company. n) Report weekly activities and work schedules to the Sales Manager and/or Operations Manager, as applicable. o) As non-supervised personnel, reports must be submitted between 8:30 AM and 6:30 PM. p) Deliver boiler supervision reports, cooling tower supervision reports, chemical product supervision reports, and/or supervision reports for equipment or unit operations—either in person or virtually—to the designated area supervisor and/or person indicated by the Sales Manager and/or Operations Manager, for each assigned client. q) Efficiently manage individual performance indicators, either physically or virtually, during monthly review and progress meetings led by the Operations Manager. r) Perform other duties inherent to or related to the position, as directed by superiors. **SUPERVISED RESPONSIBILITIES:** a. Monitor results from plant sample analyses. b. Provide analysis sheets upon sample submission. c. Coordinate required technical information and content for technical advisory services to clients. d. Coordinate training needs and required knowledge. **GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** e. Attend talks or training sessions requested by superiors. f.
