Hello! We are Coqui Castillo Restaurantes, a gastronomic holding company composed of 2 business units: Coqui Castillo and Black Poke. We currently have 5 years in the market and operate 4 Dark Kitchens serving the main districts of Metropolitan Lima. We provide personalized culinary experiences, interactive cooking classes, and catering services for events. We are currently looking for a Treasury and Finance Analyst. **The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:** \- Graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields, with at least 1 year of experience \- Intermediate/advanced Office skills \- Proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure **Main responsibilities include:** \- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts by business unit \- Monitor income and expenses, reconciling bank accounts and payment platforms (Rappi, credit cards, etc.) \- Manage payments to suppliers, payroll, and tax obligations, ensuring compliance with deadlines and internal policies \- Forecast liquidity needs and coordinate transfers between companies or locations \- Support the preparation of the annual budget and monthly financial forecasts \- Participate in the financial evaluation of new openings, projects, or marketing campaigns \- Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure proper expense allocation and account reconciliation \- Prepare internal financial reports for management and the board \- Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls **Benefits:** \- Full legal benefits \- Access to Kunan wellness and health platform \- Discounts on our menu \- Career progression and professional growth opportunities \- Positive work environment and committed team Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 \- S/.4,000.00 per month Work location: On-site position
