Providing courteous service to residents and handling mail reception A company specializing in residential and corporate building management is currently seeking a responsible, proactive, and service-oriented Doorman to join immediately at a building located in Miraflores. **Requirements:** * Experience in condominium or residential building doorman services * No criminal or police records * Verifiable employment certificates and references * Completed secondary education * Responsibility, punctuality, and excellent customer service skills **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and control the entry and exit of visitors, vendors, and external personnel * Ensure building security and adherence to internal regulations * Record incidents and conduct shift handovers * Provide courteous service to residents and receive correspondence * Report incidents or malfunctions to management **Working Conditions:** * Approximate salary: S/ 1,600 * Formal employment under the General Regime * Monday to Saturday (7:45 am \- 7:00 pm) * On-site work Salary: S/.1,600\.00 per month Application Questions: * Are you available to start immediately?
