Job Summary: We are seeking a fashion design graduate with experience in women's garment manufacturing, interpretation of technical specifications and patterns, and inspection of finishes. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in women's garment manufacturing (dresses, blouses, and trousers) 2. Ability to accurately interpret technical specifications and patterns 3. Proficiency in using straight-stitch, overlock, and coverstitch machines \- Graduate in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field \- Proficiency in using straight-stitch, overlock, and coverstitch machines. \- Knowledge of manual or computerized pattern making \- Production of complete women's garment samples (dresses, blouses, and trousers). \- Interpretation of technical specifications and patterns to ensure correct design implementation. \- Inspection of finishes, seams, and trimmings to ensure high-quality presentation. \- Implementation of adjustments or corrections suggested by the design department. \- Analysis of technical specifications related to trims \- Support in selecting materials and accessories for each production run \- Coordination and organization with the cutting department \- Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor or immediate manager.
