Collaborative work environment and continuous training. **Position:** Admissions Officer – Experience in Medical Centers / SITED Proficiency **Company:** Salud y Vida Medical Center **Location:** Magdalena del Mar, Lima **Salary:** S/ 1,300 per month **Job Description:** We are looking for an **Admissions Officer** with proven experience in **clinics or medical centers**, skilled in patient care, SITED system operation, and handling **WhatsApp-based sales and medical appointment scheduling**. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Administration, Nursing, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions at **clinics or medical centers** (mandatory requirement). * **Proficiency in the SITED system** for service validation (non-negotiable). * Knowledge of medical service sales and customer service. * Proficiency in digital tools: WhatsApp Business, basic Excel. * A **responsible, proactive, organized individual with excellent patient interaction skills.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Patient reception and admission at the medical center. * Service validation via **SITED** (EPS). * Responding to messages on **WhatsApp**, providing information about our services and managing **medical appointment sales**. * Coordination with consultation rooms, cashier, and document archiving. * Administrative support for assigned tasks. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. * Saturdays: 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **We Offer:** * Fixed salary: S/ 1,300 per month. * Formal employment registration with statutory benefits (after probation period). * Positive work environment. * Continuous training and growth opportunities.
