**Academic Background:** * Professional title as an industrial electrician technician with knowledge of refrigeration or air conditioning systems. **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions within the hydrocarbon, mining, or large-scale industrial sectors. * Experience in installation and/or maintenance of HVAC equipment, refrigeration systems, ventilation, and pressurization systems. **Technical Knowledge:** * Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and diagrams according to current regulations. **Skills and Competencies:** * Ability to identify, evaluate, and control hazards and risk conditions, ensuring comprehensive team safety. * Effective leadership oriented toward continuous improvement. * Proactivity and strong problem-solving skills in operational technical issues. * Competence in preparing clear and accurate daily reports (progress report and technical report), using Excel for presentation and tracking. * Capacity and experience in sizing, selecting, installing, maintaining, and repairing climate control machines and accessories, such as: HVAC, air conditioning, industrial refrigeration equipment, electrical substation pressurization systems, chillers, PLC control in HVAC systems, alarm identification, variable frequency drives, programmable logic controllers. **Essential Requirement:** * Availability to work full-time at the La Pampilla refinery.
