**We keep growing!** At the Integrated Psychological Center, with over eight years promoting emotional well-being and comprehensive development, we are looking for an **Occupational Therapist** to join our multidisciplinary team. **Job Responsibilities** * Conduct assessments to identify motor, sensory, or cognitive difficulties in users. * Design and implement individualized intervention plans, coordinated with families and the clinical team. * Develop therapeutic activities and exercises focused on psychomotor skills, functional autonomy, and proper postural management. * Create supportive materials or tools such as visual schedules, pictograms, reward systems, among others. * Guide and support families throughout the therapeutic process to strengthen treatment continuity. * Identify relevant signs contributing to diagnostic hypothesis formation. * Maintain constant communication with other professionals regarding the progress of shared cases. * Write progress reports, interconsultations, and update corresponding clinical records. **Requirements** * Professional degree in Occupational Therapy. * Minimum one year of experience in pediatric or therapeutic intervention. * Current professional license and registration. **We Offer** * A collaborative work environment and support from an interdisciplinary team. * Flexible working hours to facilitate personal and professional organization. * Fully equipped offices designed for working with pediatric populations. * Ongoing training and opportunities for professional growth.
