We are seeking a Telecommunications/Electronics Engineering Supervisor responsible for supervising and installing communication systems in the field. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree, professional title, or licensed engineer in Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering. * 3 years of experience in: * Installation of communication systems: microwave antennas, VHF antennas, radiofrequency systems. * Commissioning of communication systems. * Leadership of work teams. * Experience in the Mining, Oil & Gas, Energy, and/or Telecommunications sectors. * Experience in: * Installation of communication antennas. * Structured cabling. * Preparation of technical site visit reports. * Knowledge of: * Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. * Occupational health and safety management systems. * Material quality management systems and installation protocols. **Responsibilities** * Supervise installation of communication equipment (microwave, VHF, radiofrequency). * Install cabinets, communication equipment, and perform structured cabling. * Prepare material requisition lists for installation. * Report daily on weekly and daily planning to the client and immediate supervisor. * Develop equipment installation checklists. * Develop installation quality protocols. * Develop PETS and IPERC for working at heights. * Lead work teams and ensure adherence to the approved schedule. **Skills** * Leadership. * Effective communication. * Problem-solving. * Responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
