Job Summary: A retail company is seeking a proactive IT Support Assistant to provide technical advice, install software, and maintain equipment in convenience stores. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical advice and support to users 2. Install and maintain computer and telephony equipment 3. Create user manuals and operating instructions for equipment A leading retail company specializing in vehicle convenience stores is currently recruiting personnel for the position of **IT Support Assistant** in the district of Ate. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical diploma or university degree in systems, telecommunications, electronics, equipment support and maintenance, equipment repair, networks and communications, or related fields * Minimum 1 year of experience performing similar duties * Basic knowledge of hardware and software * Customer service attitude toward internal users * Proficiency in using and installing software (Office, antivirus, internet) and operating systems * Proactive problem-solving skills * Knowledge of physical installations (cabling, conduit routing) * Willingness to travel * Availability to work Monday–Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 12 PM **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide advice regarding computer configuration (in person and/or by phone) * Install software * Inspect and maintain computer and telephony equipment * Immediate availability for on-site repairs in case of emergencies * Create user manuals and operating instructions for equipment **BENEFITS** * Full payroll under the General Regime from day one * Career development path * Continuous training opportunities * Competitive salary Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,200.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
