Position Summary: Provide support to the Manufacturing Department to develop, improve, and optimize production processes, assisting in the creation of flowcharts, procedures, data analysis, and reports. Proposal of operational improvements to optimize processes. **Date:** Mar 24, 2026 **Location:** LIMA, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Provide support to the plant’s Manufacturing Department to develop, improve, and optimize production processes, assisting the production team in creating flowcharts, procedures, data analysis, report preparation, and monitoring technical variables as part of the SIGMA management system tools.**What will you do in your role?** * Prepare reports, analyze indicators and operational standards. * Conduct time studies to identify efficiencies at workstations. * Develop process diagrams to support control of various plant processes and serve as support for inventory management. * Collect information for different analyses associated with SIGMA management tools (TPM, SMED, among others). * Monitor process variables across different production lines. * Perform mass and energy balances of processes as part of operational control and inventory management support. * Monitor compliance with established procedures in Raw Material Management. * Propose operational improvements to optimize processes. **What do we need from you?** * Currently enrolled student in the 8th semester of Chemical Engineering, Food Industry Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate-level Excel knowledge and proficiency. * Knowledge of Power BI (desirable). * Availability to work 30 hours per week in Ñaña.
