Analytical ability and incident resolution MSF CREATIVE, a marketing agency, is seeking a SYSTEMS ENGINEERING ASSISTANT for Surco. **Requirements**: ⮚ University graduate or bachelor’s degree holder in Systems Engineering or related field. ⮚ 1–2 years of experience in user support and process improvement within companies. ⮚ Knowledge of ERP Odoo (implementation, support, or customization experience is desirable). ⮚ Proficiency in common programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, SQL, HTML/CSS, etc. ⮚ Technical support and systems management knowledge. ⮚ Analytical skills, incident resolution capability, and teamwork orientation. ⮚ Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. ⮚ Stress tolerance. ⮚ Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8 AM–6 PM, and Saturdays, 8 AM–11 AM in Surco (near Puente Benavides). **Responsibilities**: ⮚ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. ⮚ Maintain control over databases, PCs, laptops, security systems, and cameras. ⮚ Report the inventory ledger of IT equipment. ⮚ Handle user incidents. ⮚ Support implementation of changes (implementation, training, and evaluation). ⮚ Code items for correct use of the proforma module. ⮚ Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Salary**: S/1,300 to S/1,800 Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Application Questions: * In which district do you reside?
