Flexible working hours **TECHNICAL SUPPORT I (IT AND SECURITY)** **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical or university graduate in Systems, Computer Science, Networking, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or similar roles. **PRIMARY OBJECTIVE** Provide first-level operational technical support for the organization's technology infrastructure, ensuring proper operation of equipment, systems, access controls, and IT services. Assist in basic information security tasks and incident resolution, following guidelines and policies defined by the Security and IT department. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide technical support to internal users. * Install, configure, and maintain equipment, operating systems, and applications. * Manage user access, email accounts, and credentials. * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Conduct operational backups and verify their successful execution. * Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets. * Support basic firewall, antivirus, and security control operations. * Assist in initial response to security incidents. * Prepare basic technical reports. * Perform other duties assigned by management. **PERSONAL QUALITIES AND SKILLS** * Service orientation. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Proactivity. * Professional ethics. * Ability to work under pressure. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE** * Windows and Linux operating systems (operational level). * End-user hardware and software support. * Basic networking (LAN, IP, DNS, DHCP). * Basic backup and monitoring management. * Operational knowledge of AWS (EC2, users, access controls). * Basic concepts of firewalls and perimeter security. **PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE** * Docker and virtualization. * Additional cloud platforms. * Databases (basic level). * Security frameworks: ISO 27001, PCI DSS (conceptual level). * Backup and firewall tools. **WE OFFER** * Professional development. * Hybrid work. * Flexible working hours.
