LMS Training Assistant

Job Summary: Design, structure, and maintain training materials on an LMS platform, supporting learning tracking and proposing improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunities for growth and training. **Requirements:** \-Technical or Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, communications, or related fields \-Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. \-Prior experience developing training materials, manuals, instructional guides, presentations, or courses for internal staff. \-Intermediate proficiency in Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. \-Basic knowledge of training or internal development processes. \-Ability to learn LMS functions such as course creation, user assignment, assessment upload, and report generation. \-Intermediate English **Responsibilities:** \-Design and structure training materials for use on the LMS platform. \-Receive training on functional and administrative use of the LMS tool. \-Convert technical content, procedures, manuals, or presentations into digital learning modules. \-Upload courses, documents, assessments, videos, activities, and supplementary resources onto the platform. \-Organize courses by topic, department, user profile, or knowledge level. \-Support the creation of quizzes, assessments, surveys, and learning tracking mechanisms. \-Review content to ensure clarity, consistency, visual appropriateness, and ease of use. \-Coordinate with internal technical experts to validate course content. \-Keep training materials updated according to changes in procedures, regulations, internal processes, or tools. \-Monitor participant progress, generate basic reports, and track training completion. \-Provide initial user support regarding access, navigation, or basic platform usage. \-Propose improvements to the learning experience and course structure. **Benefits:** \-Formal employment contract with all statutory benefits \-EPS health insurance coverage at 85% \-Training opportunities \-Growth opportunities ***"This job posting is open to applicants with disabilities, in accordance with Law No. 29973\."*** **Join a professional and dynamic team at a leading certification company!** Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
