**Main Responsibilities** * Assist in cleaning, peeling, chopping, and portioning food and supplies. * Collaborate in the basic preparation of recipes as directed by the chef or head cook. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, utensils, equipment, and kitchenware. * Perform washing and disinfection of vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients. * Follow food hygiene and handling procedures. * Assist in storage and labeling of supplies. * Remove and dispose of waste properly, keeping areas free of debris. * Assist in plating and serving dishes when required. * Comply with company-established food safety and hygiene regulations. **Job Requirements** * Completed secondary education (preferable to have studies in gastronomy or related fields). * Minimum of 6 months of experience in similar roles (preferable, not essential). * Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene. * Ability to work in a team, under pressure, and on rotating shifts. **Competencies** * Responsibility and punctuality. * Proactiveness and willingness to learn. * Attention to order, cleanliness, and detail. * Service-oriented attitude and teamwork.
