Position Summary: IPH Customs Agency is seeking a COMEX Analyst to coordinate and monitor import and nationalization operations, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with deadlines. IPH CUSTOMS AGENCY seeks to hire a COMEX Analyst eager to join an agile and committed team. Requirements: * University graduate or bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade or International Business Administration and/or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 2 years in customs agencies and/or international freight forwarders. Responsibilities: * Coordinate and monitor import and nationalization operations. * Manage Comex documentation (Customs Declaration, Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, licenses, Certificate of Origin). * Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and suppliers. * Coordinate physical and system-based entry of goods into the distribution center (DC). * Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory deadlines. * Prepare operational and performance reports. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. COMPETENCIES * Responsible, honest, punctual, proactive, and quick learner. * Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. * Ability to concentrate, conduct detailed analysis, and plan time and activities effectively. * Knowledge of international treaties, foreign trade management, and customs (desirable).
