We are looking for a **Maintenance Assistant** to join our team and contribute to the efficiency and continuous improvement of our operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery. * Report malfunctions and spare parts requirements. * Inspect equipment to detect failures or wear. * Comply with internal procedures related to preventive, corrective, and operational cost control. * Support monitoring of loading, unloading, and packaging of recycled materials. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Report any deviations or incidents. * Comply with industrial safety regulations and proper use of PPE. * Contribute to achieving operational, administrative, and departmental control objectives. **Requirements:** * Technical training in Automotive Mechanics or related fields. * Basic knowledge of general mechanics and industrial maintenance. * Prior experience in maintenance processes for industrial equipment, forklifts, and mini-loaders is desirable. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **Skills:** * Organization. * Discipline. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Quick learning ability. * Problem-solving under pressure. **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Positive work environment. * SCTR and Statutory Life Insurance. * Bi-weekly payments. * Social benefits such as bonuses and Compulsory Savings Fund (CTS). * 30 days of annual vacation upon completion of service period.
