In Peru, we operate in most economic sectors such as mining, agriculture, and fishing, forming part of the value chain of their products and services. **Job Description** * Maintain the management system of assigned areas up to date. * Implement quality improvements in analytical processes to achieve effectiveness in the Quality Management System. * Verify compliance with process controls and quality assurance of results. * Identify and address quality risks, impartiality issues, process deviations, and record them. * Provide support in using appropriate tools to handle customer complaints and non-conformities. * Verify compliance with established programs (e.g., training, performance evaluation, PT participation, equipment programs, etc.). * Periodically update and evaluate quality indicator results and report to the immediate supervisor for decision-making. * Prepare documentation related to certification, accreditation (accreditation application, extension, reduction, and update), or authorization processes. * Maintain communication with the Quality Assurance department regarding all tasks related to the Quality Management System. * Perform laboratory tests when required, following testing procedures or methods and applying good laboratory practices, impartiality, and confidentiality regarding generated information. * Manage verification of equipment calibration status and operational condition. * Comply with the established Program for Ensuring Result Validity for the test method. * Participate in updating or implementing new methodologies, including method execution, result recording, data processing, procedures, and protocols as requested. * Continuously seek improvements within the Laboratory. * Comply with the Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment Policy and specific area objectives, promoting continuous improvement in the area. **Requirements** * Graduate professional in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in laboratory analysis, developing test methods from recognized organizations. * Knowledge of management tools. * Basic to intermediate level of English. * Proficient user of MS\-Office. **Additional Information** * Payroll inclusion from the first day. * EPS premium covered at 80%. * Life Insurance as per law. * Constant training opportunities. * Corporate agreements.
