Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to program, manufacture, and machine parts using a CNC lathe, optimizing machining cycles and selecting cutting tools. Key Highlights: 1. Manufacturing and machining of mechanical parts 2. Advanced operation of FANUC CNC lathe, milling machine, and drilling machine 3. Interpretation of engineering drawings and use of measuring instruments **Experience**: 2 years **Requirements:** · Extensive knowledge of mechanical part manufacturing. · Proficiency in operating machines and tools (conventional and FANUC CNC lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, etc.). · Knowledge of interpreting engineering drawings and performing measurements with minimal tolerances. · Use of measuring instruments: vernier calipers, micrometers, scribers, dial indicators, protractors, etc. **Responsibilities:** · Program and manufacture parts on CNC lathes. · Machine parts from various types of materials. · Review technical information and engineering drawings of parts to be turned. · Select cutting tools required for the process. · Supervise and optimize machining cycles. **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:36 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
