My client is an expanding **Freight Forwarder**, focused on providing comprehensive logistics solutions for imports, exports, and domestic and international transportation. Valuing initiative, commitment, customer orientation, and the ability to build long-term relationships, they are seeking a **Commercial Executive**. **Position Objective** Develop new business by acquiring and retaining clients, contributing to the company’s sustainable growth and positioning our company as a strategic partner in international logistics. **Requirements** \* Technical professional in International Trade, International Business, Administration, or related fields. \* Minimum 3 years’ experience in freight forwarding sales, freight agencies, logistics operators, or international trade. \* Knowledge of maritime, air, and land transportation, customs procedures, and Incoterms. \* Proficiency in commercial tools and CRM (desirable). \* Intermediate English (desirable). **Responsibilities** \* Prospect and develop new clients. \* Prepare commercial proposals and follow up until sale closure. \* Manage and retain the client portfolio. \* Coordinate with operational departments to ensure excellence in service delivery. \* Achieve commercial and profitability targets. \* Represent the company at meetings, events, and commercial visits. \* Identify business opportunities in imports, exports, and logistics projects. **Competencies** \* Strong results orientation. \* Ability to negotiate and close deals. \* Proactivity and initiative. \* Adaptability to dynamic environments and growing companies. \* Resilience and perseverance. \* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \* Organization and autonomy. \* Commitment to the company’s growth. **What Are We Looking For?** A person who enjoys building businesses from scratch, sees challenges as opportunities, and wishes to pursue a long-term career within the company.
