Job Summary: We are seeking responsible and committed Yard Operators to supervise real-time execution of the yard plan, control timing, and monitor vehicle flow. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination to maintain operational flow **We are looking for responsible and committed YARD OPERATORS to work at DPWORLD facilities, on rotating shifts, with the ability to work under pressure, results-oriented mindset, and skills for continuous monitoring, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.** **Main Responsibilities:** **Requirements:** * Record deviations, incidents, and downtime, escalating them to the planning department. *  Supervise real-time execution of the yard plan, ensuring units are positioned according to the operational layout and planning department guidelines. *  Control unit service and dwell times within the yard, identifying delays, root causes, and responsible parties. *  Visually monitor vehicle and equipment flow, validating compliance with internal routes, authorized zones, and service priorities. *  Record and report process deviations (e.g., mispositioned units, delayed equipment, operator absences), escalating cases affecting operational continuity. *  Coordinate with operators, supervisors, and coordinators to maintain operational flow. *  Verify correct allocation and availability of work zones and equipment (machines, ITVs, ITDs). **Requirements:** * Experience in GPS monitoring and container handling, including familiarity with at least the names of shipping lines. * Proactive * Availability to work at Dpworld\- Gambeta. **Benefits:** **Payroll enrollment from day one, SCTR, EsSalud, life insurance, 15 days of annual vacation, CTS at 50%, and 50% bonus.** Job Type: Full-time, On-site.
