




Job Summary: A transportation company seeks an experienced driver to handle light and heavy cargo locally, nationally, and interprovincially, ensuring timely delivery and proper vehicle maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Inspect, transport, and safeguard assigned cargo nationwide. 2. Coordinate logistics and ensure proper trip documentation. 3. Currently, we are seeking to fill the position of **DRIVER \- COMAS** **Requirements:** \- Class AIIIC driver's license \- Minimum 2 years of driving experience on highways and in cities \- Knowledge and experience driving on national routes \- Vehicle maintenance knowledge \- Clean driving record \- MTC-approved driver training course \- Minimum education: completed secondary school **Responsibilities:** * Inspect the assigned vehicle at the start and end of each shift, reporting any anomalies and recording them in company-mandated forms. * Provide services to third parties. * Enter ports to collect assigned cargo. * Transport loaded vehicles to various clients within Metropolitan Lima or scheduled provincial destinations. * Ensure loading, unloading, and stacking of transported goods conform to company standards. * Deliver cargo or goods on time and in good condition. * Adhere to the scheduled route sheet for each trip. * Coordinate with the supervisor or designated officer regarding the date and time for cargo transport and delivery. * Verify that all required documentation for the trip is complete at both the start and end (weight and dimension certificates, MTC permits, manifests, port entry passes, etc.). * Safeguard products responsibly during transportation, distribution, and customer dispatch. * Report and coordinate vehicle maintenance and/or repairs with the immediate supervisor. * Operate the vehicle in compliance with company policies and regulatory authorities’ rules to ensure correct distribution while maintaining the vehicle in good condition. * Refuel the vehicle at the start or end of shifts, or as directed by the immediate supervisor. * Immediately report to the supervisor any incidents or events involving clients or the vehicle. * Keep the assigned vehicle clean and orderly at all times. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** \- Formal payroll from the first day of employment, including all statutory benefits. \- Timely payments. \- Pleasant work environment.
