We are looking for a **Full-Time Pastry Assistant** for a specialty café and vinyl record store located in the heart of Miraflores. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation of desserts, cakes, and display case items. * Preparation of doughs and batters. * Quality control and presentation of products. * Support in daily and weekly production planning. * Cleaning and organization of the work area. * Kitchen support and order fulfillment according to customer requests. * Performing tasks assigned by the shift supervisor. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in pastry (negotiable). * Knowledge of pastry techniques. * Proactivity, attention to detail, and passion for baking and confectionery. * Culinary or pastry student, or recent graduate (not mandatory). * Availability for rotating shifts: Opening shift: 7:30 am – 4:15 pm Closing shift: 2:00 pm – 10:45 pm Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 – S/.1,500.00 per month Work location: Onsite employment
