Position Summary: You will be the key logistics contact point for stakeholders and customers, ensuring efficient order delivery and leading continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Develop projects and initiatives for collaborative planning. **Date:** Dec 31, 2025 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Serve as the logistics contact point for stakeholders and customers across all analytical and operational aspects related to efficient order delivery. Execute end-to-end order tracking until delivery to ensure efficient service aligned with the agreed service level and foster collaborative planning with the customer. Review the distribution model with stakeholders and assess efficient dispatch methods with the customer to jointly identify value-generation opportunities. Lead and monitor continuous improvement programs related to logistics management with assigned customers to optimize the integrated logistics service/cost ratio and monitor key KPIs. **What will you do in your role?** * Support portfolio customers in pursuing collaborative planning and developing projects and initiatives related to product launches and relaunches, commercial projects, storage capacity, among others. * Analyze and manage key performance indicators for assigned customers’ areas and coordinate action plans with various departments to improve them. * Lead continuous improvement programs with major customers (Moderno/Industrias) to optimize the integrated logistics service/cost ratio. * Lead joint value-creation projects with customers. **What do we need from you?** * Professionals with degrees in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Preferred experience in Supply Chain Planning, Distribution Planning, and/or Customer Service, preferably within Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industries. * Preferred proficiency in SAP 4 HANNA. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. * Preferred proficiency in Power BI. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within FMCG, oil & gas, or mining companies.
