Position Summary: We are seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to coordinate, supervise, and optimize dispatch and distribution processes, ensuring timely delivery, resource management, and customer satisfaction. Contribute to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction We are looking for top talent to fill the position of Dispatch Coordinator, whose role will focus on coordinating, supervising, and optimizing dispatch and distribution processes, ensuring on-time delivery, documentation control, proper resource management, and coordination with relevant departments—thereby contributing to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. **Job Responsibilities:** \- Assist and collaborate in daily dispatch scheduling, coordinating with warehouse and other departments on all aspects related to customer delivery, ensuring compliance. \- Manage carriers to ensure vehicle availability and optimal service levels. \- Update the database with daily scheduling and verify required documentation for each dispatch. \- Maintain physical and digital archives of dispatch documentation. \- Record dispatch information in the system and generate productivity, operations, and compliance reports. \- Report dispatch outcomes to the sales team. \- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** \- Graduate of Technical or University programs in Administration or Industrial Engineering. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in Dispatch/Distribution/Warehouse/Logistics. \- Core technical knowledge in Dispatch and Logistics Management. \- Ability to work effectively in a team and learn quickly. \- Willingness to work onsite in Callao. **Benefits:** \- Statutory salary benefits. \- Excellent working environment. \-Requirements\- Minimum education: University degree 1 year of experience Skills: Logistics, Microsoft Excel Employment type: Full-time, Permanent Work location: On-site employment
