




**Date:** Dec 31, 2025 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Be the logistical contact point for stakeholders and customers in all analytical and operational aspects involving the efficient delivery of their orders. Execute order tracking until delivery to ensure efficient service aligned with the agreed service level and foster collaborative planning with the customer. Review the distribution model with stakeholders and review efficient dispatch methods with the customer to identify joint value-generation opportunities. Lead and monitor continuous improvement programs related to logistics management with assigned customers to optimize the integrated logistics service/cost equation and monitor key KPIs.**What will you do in your role?** * Support customers in your portfolio in pursuing collaborative planning and developing projects and initiatives related to product launches and relaunches, commercial projects, storage capacity, among others. * Analyze and manage key performance indicators for assigned customers’ areas and coordinate action plans with various departments to improve them. * Lead continuous improvement programs with key customers (Moderno/Industrias) to optimize the integrated logistics service/cost equation. * Lead joint value-generation projects with the customer. **What do we need from you?** * Professionals with degrees in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Administration or related fields. * Preferred experience in Supply Chain Planning, Distribution and/or Customer Service, preferably within Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industries. * SAP 4 HANNA knowledge is desirable. * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. * Power BI proficiency is desirable. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions within FMCG, oil & gas, or mining companies.
