




Responsibilities: Maintain and keep up-to-date the company’s supplier registry. Update and maintain the price list, discounts, promotions, etc., and provide this information to the sales department. Conduct an ABC classification of the brands handled by the company on a quarterly basis, using consumption data from the last 12 months as reference. Prepare requests for quotations from various suppliers for the acquisition of goods and/or services. Prepare, process, and track purchase orders. Supervise international logistics and freight transportation, ensuring efficiency and adherence to agreed timelines. Negotiate and obtain quotations from logistics operators (customs agents, freight forwarders, warehouses, carriers), aiming to optimize costs. Resolve any discrepancies regarding invoiced prices or quantities versus those specified in purchase orders. Coordinate with the dispatch department to collect purchase orders. Review the report of pending purchase orders to inform the sales department about the status of their requests. Verify inventory levels and maintain them within maximum and minimum limits. Ensure that commercial transactions are fully completed—even upon physical receipt of goods into the company’s warehouse—according to established requirements and agreed timelines. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information due to the nature of the position. Perform other tasks assigned by the Procurement Manager.
