WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? - Completion of secondary education. - Must be at least 18 years of age. - Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one rotating day off, during the shift from 3:30 PM until closing (8-hour shifts + 30-minute break). Preference given to candidates residing in areas near the district of San Martin de Porres, specifically near the intersection of Av. Dominicos and Av. Canta Callao. Prior experience in similar positions or in customer service, or in multifunctional roles, is desirable. WHAT COMPETENCIES SHOULD YOU POSSESS? - Customer orientation - Positive attitude - Teamwork WHAT WOULD BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WITH US? - Perform sales floor duties, including product restocking and customer service. - Conduct merchandise counts for inventory purposes. - Handle cash register operations and collect payments from customers. - Respond to production requirements in the food zone (Fast Food). - Prepare and dispatch beverages and food items. - Carry out cleaning and organization tasks within the store. - Support various other store functions.
