Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead and supervise technical and production operations in industrial electrical solutions, ensuring on-time delivery and quality. Opportunity for continuous growth and learning. **A leading company in industrial electrical solutions**, specializing in the design, manufacturing, and installation of **distribution, control, and automation electrical panels**, is seeking an **Operations Manager** to lead and supervise our technical and production operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise manufacturing, assembly, and delivery operations for electrical panels. * Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and applicable technical regulations (NTP, RETIE, IEC, etc.). * Manage and lead the technical team (engineers, electrical technicians, operators). * Monitor and optimize operational resources, materials, and costs. * Coordinate with engineering, logistics, procurement, and sales departments to ensure operational efficiency. * Implement continuous improvements in production processes and quality control. * Supervise the execution of industrial electrical projects both at the plant and on-site, as required. **Requirements:** * Electrical, Electronics, or Electromechanical Engineer or related field (licensed and professionally registered). * Minimum of **3\*** years\* of experience in the electrical sector, especially in **electrical panel manufacturing**. * Knowledge of national and international electrical regulations. * Proven experience in team management and operations leadership. * Proficiency in management tools (MS Project, ERP, AutoCAD, etc.). * Certifications in safety, project management, or quality (ISO 9001, PMI, Lean, etc.) are desirable. **WE OFFER:** * Pleasant work environment * Opportunity for growth * Continuous learning * Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM · Employment type: Full-time Employment type: Full-time Application question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
