Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager to supervise, coordinate, and optimize commercial processes, distribution, and maintenance, ensuring quality standards and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and optimize commercial operations and distribution 2. Supervise maintenance and work equipment 3. Lead continuous improvement projects **WE ARE SEEKING AN OPERATIONS MANAGER** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields. * 4 to 6 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the steel or industrial products industry. * Experience in supervising and coordinating work teams. * Availability to work in Callao. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance of machines and equipment. * Supervise electrical maintenance, welding, and general services personnel; implement industrial safety preventive measures. * Schedule and coordinate work activities; track absences, tardiness, leave requests, and vacations for staff under supervision. * Develop and execute operational plans and strategies to optimize product marketing and distribution. * Supervise procurement, storage, inventory, and distribution processes, ensuring they are conducted efficiently and in accordance with established procedures. * Coordinate and supervise warehouse management, ensuring proper product storage and handling. * Identify and propose improvements in resource utilization to optimize costs and enhance operational efficiency. * Ensure products and services meet quality standards and customer expectations. * Conduct periodic operational performance analyses, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions. * Lead continuous improvement projects and new operational initiatives. * Validate and approve staff overtime hours (HH.EE). * Validate and approve early-morning shifts (amanecidas) incurred by workers across the company's various warehouses. * Validate invoices related to meal expenses resulting from overtime hours (HH.EE) and early-morning shifts (amanecidas). * Supervise and manage the company's daily operations. * Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency. * Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer service requirements **BENEFITS:** * Biweekly payments * General Regime payroll * Career development path Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.0\.10 per month Application question(s): * What are your salary expectations?
