**Responsibilities:** * Receive, sort, and verify yarn samples (industrial and artisanal) against the color card or approved standard. * Prepare swatches and conduct wash tests, recording results in the Color Range and Color Approval forms. * Inspect trims delivered by Logistics per the AQL table and Purchase Order specifications. * Verify that trims and materials comply with their approved standards, record results, and perform additional tests when necessary. * Conduct domestic tests (washing, rubbing, appearance, mesh length, etc.) on yarns and trims, recording results and reporting deviations. * Prepare color cards, swatches, and samples for customers and the Commercial Department as required per season. * Receive, review, and evaluate returns of raw materials supplied to knitters for control and analysis. * Take photographs of materials, yarns, and trims to update catalogs in the management system (ERP). **Required Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering and Garment Manufacturing or related field. * Technical knowledge of textile fibers, knitted fabric manufacturing, and spinning. **Technical Knowledge:** * Understanding of yarn counts (yarn thickness and texture) * Knowledge of raw material types (wool, alpaca, etc.) * Textile raw material and trim quality control * Basic spinning process * Intermediate Excel * Google Workspace **Competencies:** * Proactivity * Organization * Assertive communication **Experience:** * 1 year of experience in raw material quality control.
