Currently, we are looking for an **SSOMA Supervisor.** Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Safety and Hygiene Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Specialization diploma or course in Occupational Health and Safety. * Experience in audit processes according to OHSAS 18001. * Microsoft Office - Intermediate level. Responsibilities: * Submit reports on compliance with supervision of SST management. * Maintain mandatory records defined by the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. * Send monthly HH and SST statistics to the SSOMA supervisor. * Promote awareness and train operational staff in accordance with the annual training program. * Ensure compliance with the Annual SST Activities Plan. * Inspect Personal Protective Equipment, record, and authorize replacements. * Deliver 5-minute safety talks to workers. * Coordinate and conduct multi-risk drills. * Induct new personnel. * Inspect unsafe conditions and actions in the workplace. * Assess and minimize risks and losses. * Coordinate corrective actions for unsafe conditions with maintenance departments. * Prepare reports on identified unsafe conditions and actions. * Inspect fire extinguishers and first aid kits in facilities.
