At **Inca Rail**, we are looking for a **Payroll Analyst** in **Lima**. **Job Mission:** Provide support in managing and executing the payroll process, ensuring compliance with internal policies, labor regulations, and tax obligations, while maintaining up-to-date and accurate employee information to guarantee timely and correct payments. **Requirements** * Graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * 02 years of experience as an assistant handling payrolls, calculating vacations, and social benefits. * Knowledge in payroll calculation and social benefits. * Advanced Intermediate Excel * Intermediate Power Bi * SAP Finance Module * Knowledge in Buk (desirable) **Functions** * Consolidate and validate personnel changes for the monthly payroll and salary account process. * Support accounting analysis, provisions, closings, and reporting from SAP. * Prepare monthly tax reports and perform account reconciliations. * Supervise bank reconciliations related to payroll. * Control bank reconciliations associated with payroll. * Record payroll loans, manage EPS deductions, handle related invoices, and support the preparation and monthly submission of PLAME declarations. * Generate monthly payroll reports, headcount, absenteeism, and other indicators for budgetary analysis. * Respond to employee inquiries regarding payments, benefits, and employment processes. * Assist in preparing severance and social benefit settlements, coordinating with relevant departments. * Validate pension contributions (AFP).
