We are a company with 25 years in the Peruvian market, dedicated to manufacturing lubrication trucks for the mining industry **Specific functions and responsibilities:** * Record, analyze, and validate accounting transactions in accordance with NIIF and internal policies. * Prepare accounting and financial reports for different internal departments and headquarters. * Perform reconciliation of accounting and balance accounts to ensure the accuracy of financial information. * Ensure compliance with accounting and financial processes, guaranteeing alignment with internal standards and NIIF. * Identify opportunities for improvement in accounting and financial processes within a framework of continuous improvement and best practices. * Carry out treasury tasks as assigned, contributing to the optimization of the company's financial resources. * Support other accounting and financial processes as required by the department. Requirements: * Currently completing final semesters or graduated in Accounting. * Specialization in International Financial Reporting Standards (NIIF), Accounting, and Taxation. * Minimum of 5 years of experience preparing financial information (financial statements, notes, accounting analyses, and management reports). * At least 3 years of experience as an Accounting Analyst and/or in auditing. * Experience managing fixed assets and accounting for right-of-use contracts (NIIF 16). * Participation in process improvement projects related to the accounting closing process. * Experience in treasury operations. * Experience in industrial sectors and/or mass consumer goods. * Experience in financial auditing (desirable). * Knowledge of internal controls in accounting reporting processes (desirable). * Strong knowledge of general accounting, revenues and expenses, and financial data analysis and verification. * Intermediate level in Excel. * Knowledge of accounting systems (Concar). * Knowledge of SIRE tax filing system.
